Body Conditioning

Floor bar by Martin Schönberg.

A unique method, created by Schönberg to develop the dancer, by strengthening essential muscles and learning about the body mechanics a to achieve higher understanding of the body and ballet technique.

Monday 7:00-9:00

Thursday 7:00-9:00

Friday 7:00-9:30

Company Class

Join the Jerusalem Ballet company dancers for a professional level class held each morning with the artistic directors.

Sunday-Thursday 9:30-11:30

Friday 10:00-12:00

An intermediate to advanced class with the founder on Jerusalem Ballet - Nadya Timofeyeva in the evenings, and on fridays with Julia Muster.
